- No, it is not. We utilize an LED light source, distinguishing it from conventional lamps.
3. How loud is the built-in speaker?
- The built-in speaker just turn on to 50% volume and it will provides clear sound suitable for both bedroom and living room settings
4. Can I connect to a Bluetooth speaker or soundbar?
- Certainly, our projector comes equipped with built-in Bluetooth audio for seamless external audio connections.
5. Can I mirror my phone screen onto the projection?
- Yes, our projector supports screen mirroring for various phone models, including Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, and more.
6. Can I project onto the ceiling for a cinematic experience?
- Yes, a tripod is required to facilitate ceiling projection.
7. Can I project from the side and maintain a perfect rectangular cinema projection?

- It is for input.
12. Where should I point the remote control?
- Direct it towards the wall or projection screen; unlike some models, ours does not require pointing at the rear of the projector. To activate all directions without boundaries, just activate the Bluetooth feature.
13. Is any maintenance required?
- No maintenance is needed; ensure the projector is kept away from water and protected from accidental drops. No dust cleaning is required.
14. What is the warranty duration?
- The warranty covers 12 months.
15. Do I need to schedule service appointments?
- No appointment is necessary; our service center is open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.
16. What does the warranty cover?
- The warranty includes 12 months of hardware coverage, 12 months of unlimited light hours, and 12 months of walk-in service.
17. Is the warranty applicable globally?
- Yes, ship the product to Singapore, and we will handle the rest.

As covered by the warranty, we do 1-1 exchanges or repairs for product faults, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once the shipping packaging has been opened and definitely when product has been used.
However, we do have a 10 days upgrade policy where you may like to upgrade to better model, feel free to pop by our showroom, play around and top up the difference for a better model.
To be eligible for an upgrade, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded, such as projector screens and projector accessories and cannot be returned or upgraded once used or open.
To complete your return/upgrade, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
